3. Permitted Use

- Recommendations provided will result in improved compliance or reduced sick leave
- Implementation of our tiered solutions will eliminate all cleanliness failures
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hygiene Audit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use. In no event shall Hygiene Audit's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty euros, whichever is greater.
